Billed in USD or JPY depending on your region. Other currencies are converted by your card issuer.

Billing & subscription

- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Billing cycle
- Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew once a year. The renewal date matches the date of your original sign-up.
- Tax
- Displayed prices include applicable consumption tax for Japan-based customers. For other regions, taxes are added at checkout where required by law.
- Change plans
- Move between monthly and annual at any time from your account page. We will pro-rate the difference automatically.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account page in a single click. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No future charges will be made.
Refund policy
Because VideoTagger is a digital product delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for partially used periods. The 30-day free trial exists precisely so you can verify the product fits your workflow before any payment is taken.
